  James Austin and Mary, along with Mary´s 12 year old sister Agnes, arri ved in New Zealand aboard the Zelandia which left London (10 Sep 1863) a nd arrived in Lyttelton (8 Dec 1863) Under Captain Foster. They came ou t in Second Cabin. Also An Agnes Rainey appears in the Will of James SHanks being at his d eath resididing in Canterbury NZ
